The texture of the textured Polimanta in flat die by calendering is uniform and constant
Flat Polimanta is manufactured of best-quality virgin resin, especially developed for manufacturing of geomembranes, combined with German flat die extrusion technology, whose conditions of controlled crystallization process in calenders assure excellent mechanical properties and durability. Flat die textured Polimanta, by means of calender, shows uniform and constant texture, reproducing the safety conditions provided in a project in field. Texturizing in flat die offers higher roughness height, providing consistent and reliable shear strength. Use of geomembrane of flat die calendered texture is assurance for the fulfillment of the interface friction contribution in the designed safety factor.
